Asian Citrus was notified on 5 June 2015 that IGM Financial Inc. sold 2,230,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 June 2015 at an average price of HK$1.272 (equivalent to 10.73 pence) per share.

Following the above transaction, IGM Financial Inc. now holds 74,677,000 Ordinary Shares representing 5.976% of the Company's issued share capital.
