ASIA POWER SOLUTIONS LTD. - CLASS B SHARE CONVERSION PROCESS

Asia Power Solutions Ltd. "APS" (GXG: APS) would like to announce that the
shareholders register has been adjusted to reflect the conversion of all Class
B shares to Class A shares and the process of converting existing share
certificates from Class B to Class A has been defined.

All Class B share certificates can be converted to Class A shares, at any time,
in either of the two ways as outlined below.

ELECTRONIC FORMAT

The shareholder can deliver the Class B certificate to their authorized
licensed Broker / Dealer for the conversion of that certificate into Class A
shares in electronic format to be deposited into the shareholder's brokerage
account. Please instruct your Broker / Dealer to contact Fidelity Transhare
International Corp. (http://www.fidelitytransshare.com/contact ) for details.

CERTIFICATE FORMAT

The shareholder can deliver the Class B certificate to the company's transfer
agent, Fidelity Transhare International Corp. (http://www.fidelitytransshare.com/contact)
along with a letter of instructions
requesting the conversion to Class A shares and details of the return delivery
address for the new share certificate. Class A certificates will be processed
and sent to the shareholder via postal service unless other arrangements are
made in advance.
