announce a change of Control Position to the shareholders.

It is hereby noted that Mr Mansoor Iqbal (former Director) has transferred a
majority of his holdings to Mr Jeffrey Cleworth (current Director and
President), thus Mr Cleworth has become a controlling shareholder.
