NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc. Friday agreed
to sell the Hyatt Regency Montreal property in Montreal, Quebec to Pandox for
about $58.3 million.
The Dallas-based real estate investment trust expects the deal to close by
the end of the second quarter.
The stock closed Thursday at $6.13.
