NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc. late Wednesday
posted fourth-quarter adjusted funds from operations of $42.8 million, or 30
cents a share, in line with the mean estimate of analysts polled by Thomson
Financial.
During the year earlier, adjusted FFO was $25.5 million, or 27 cents a
share.
The Dallas-based real estate investment trust reported it swung to a
fourth-quarter net loss of $9.9 million, or 8 cents a share, from a net profit
of $7.9 million, or 9 cents a share, a year earlier.
Revenue rose to $345.1 million from $141.1 million, above Wall Street's mean
view of $321.4 million.
The stock closed the regular session down 10 cents, or 1.5%, at $6.40.
