Correction - This announcement replaces the one released at 7.00
a.m. this morning. This announcement correctly states that the
total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following admission will
be 230,199,895 Ordinary Shares.

Appointment of Director and issue of equity
Appointment of non-executive Director
The Company announces that the Board has appointed Bote de Vries
as non-executive Director of Artilium plc effective from 1 January
2015.
Mr. de Vries has extensive experience in the financial industry
and is the former Chief Commercial Officer ("CCO") of DVB Bank
America. Currently he is Managing Director of Finmar B.V. and
serves as a non-executive director for major shipping, finance and
healthcare companies.
Commenting on the appointment Bart Weijermars, CEO of Artilium,
said:
"The Company would like to welcome Bote de Vries to the board.
With his considerable commercial and financial experience we are
sure that he will be a very valuable addition to the team going
forwards."
Issue of Equity
The Company has issued 2,493,950 new ordinary shares of 5p each
("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at an issue price
of 6.2p per Ordinary Share to:
i) Jan Paul Menke (Chairman of the company) in respect of
services provided to the Company during the calendar year 2014;
and
ii) Patrick Morley (former Chairman of the Company) and Willem
Van Den Brink (former CEO of the Company) in respect of their exit
arrangements for the services provided to the Company until 30 June
2014.
Mr. Menke is now beneficially interested in 4,164,736 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 1.81 per cent. of the enlarged
total voting rights of the Company.
Application has been made for the 2,493,950 new ordinary shares
in the Company to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected take
place on 19 December 2014. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Following admission the total number of issued Ordinary Shares
in the Company will be 230,199,895 Ordinary Shares. This figure may
be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
