Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) today announced it will roll
out dozens of Microsoft-based hybrid cloud solution bundles over
the next year, providing Arrow’s reseller ecosystem with in-demand,
easy-to-implement cross-vendor solutions aimed at helping them
solve complex end-customer business challenges and increase revenue
streams.
Arrow unveiled the first three of its new Microsoft hybrid cloud
solution bundles today:
- Commvault + Azure Backup: An
easy-to-scale solution to move and manage workloads to the cloud;
will lower costs by replacing tape and disk storage, streamlining
multi-site protection and consolidating data centers. It also
centralizes data protection to reduce risk.
- Spanning Backup from Dell EMC +
Microsoft Office 365: Spanning Backup for Office 365
automatically backs up Office 365 Email, Calendars and OneDrive for
Business data daily. If data is deleted or damaged, you’ll be able
to get it back right away—and get everyone right back to work.
- Veeam Backup & Replication to
Microsoft Azure: Offers speed of recovery and near-continuous
data protection with built-in replication, along with recovery and
e-discovery for Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and Active
Directory, as well as transaction-level recovery of SQL
databases.
Arrow will rollout additional Microsoft hybrid cloud solution
bundles through 2016 and 2017, adding best-in-class suppliers such
as Equinix, HPE, TrendMicro, Riverbed, NetApp, and their respective
complementary products.
With these cross-vendor bundled solutions, Arrow fulfills a
unique role in the cloud services market by aggregating cloud-build
and -resale solutions from leading global vendors into one,
easy-to-use platform: the global ArrowSphere marketplace.
Value-added resellers and managed-service providers can quickly

can also integrate a broad menu of Arrow value-add service wrappers
to meet almost any end-customer need.
“Given Arrow’s commitment to offering best of breed solutions
across Microsoft’s cloud offerings, we’re thrilled that Arrow
selected Spanning Backup for Office 365 as part of its portfolio,”
said Jeff Erramouspe, vice president and general manager of
