Change in Terms of Existing Loan

Further to the announcement of 29 July 2015 regarding a further GBP0.3 million loan to Armour Home Electronics Limited, the Company announces that the term of the GBP0.3m loan has been extended. The 210 day term has been extended to 240 days and the repayment date is now 15 January 2016. All other conditions of the loan remain the same.
