Company, had on 12 September 2014, transferred 7,125,000 ordinary shares to
Mandalay Capital Group Limited for nil consideration.

Mr. Hyndes is a Director and 33.33% Shareholder of Mandalay Capital Group
Limited.

The transaction represents approximately 9.38% of the issued share capital of
the Company. Mandalay Capital Group Limited now holds approximately 9.38% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
