("Network Data" or the "Company")
Appointment of Administrators
The Board of Directors of Network Data announces that further to recent
announcements regarding ongoing concern surrounding the financial position of
the Company and its subsidiaries, Bruce Alexander Mackay and Matthew Robert Haw
of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 5 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AF,
were today appointed as administrators of Network Data, Network Data Limited and
Mortgage Broking Solutions Limited.
The Company also announces that following the appointment of administrators, its
contract with its Nominated Adviser, Noble & Company, has now terminated. If the
Company fails to appoint an alternative Nominated Adviser on or before 7am on 23
June 2009 then, in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the
admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
