Further to the announcement on 23 October 2008, the Board of the Company regrets to announce that
having carefully considered the financial position of the Company it has had no choice but to file for
administration and Malcolm Cohen and Shay Bannon of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP have been appointed as
Joint Administrators of the Company.
