                         APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATORS





The Company announces that Russell Cash and Michael Horrocks of Pricewaterhouse
Coopers LLP have today been appointed joint administrators of The Debt Advisor
Group plc.



On 7 June 2007, the Company announced it had engaged the services of an
insolvency practitioner to advise the Company and the Company's ordinary shares
of 0.5p each were suspended from trading on AIM.



Different options have been explored including a thorough attempt to sell the
Company as a going concern.  This has been unsuccessful.  It is therefore with
much regret that the directors are taking this course of action.
