Antrim Energy Inc. ("Antrim" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:AEN)(AIM:AEY), an international oil and gas 
exploration and production company confirms that all resolutions put to shareholders at Antrim's Annual and 
Special Meeting of Shareholders held on December 12, 2014 were duly passed. A total of 61,115,305 common shares 
representing 33.08% of Antrim's issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the meeting. 
All the nominees proposed as directors were duly elected as directors of Antrim by a majority of the votes cast 
by the shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting, as follows:
