Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM
Energybuild announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended
30 June 2008 ("the Report") has been posted to
shareholders, together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28 October 2008 at 12.30pm at the offices
of Energybuild at Aberpergwm Colliery, Engine
Cottage Site, Glynneath, Neath, SA11 5SF.

Energybuild Group Plc, a developer and producer of Welsh coal, listed on AIM in August
2007 raising approximately £15 million before
repayment of loans and expenses. The Group is presently developing the Aberpergwm Mine and
adjoining underground anthracite coal reserves
and resources located in the Neath and Dulais Valleys of South Wales. The mine has a proven
and probable coal reserve of 7.6 million tonnes
and estimated recoverable inferred coal resource of 36.2 million tonnes. The company also
operates the nearby Nant y Mynydd surface opencast
coal and stone mining site area which is currently producing 2,000-3,000 tonnes of coal per
week. Energybuild has identified further
possible opencast sites within the Aberpergwm Surface Lease for potential development. AIM
listed Cambrian Mining plc currently hold a 50.6%
stake in Energybuild.
