The directors of L&Bi announce that the report and accounts for the year ended
31 March 2005 have been posted to shareholders today.

The Company's annual general meeting will be held at 5pm on 28 October 2005 at
the offices of Wallace LLP, One Portland Place, London, W1B 1PN.

Copies of the report and accounts will be available, free of charge, from the
Company's head office at 133 Ebury Street, London, SW1W 9QU for a period of at
least one month from the date hereof.
