ACM Shipping Group plc (AIM:ACMG), a leading international tanker broker, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended
31 March 2008 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are being posted today to shareholders.
ACM's AGM will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday 2 September 2008 at the offices of Dechert LLP, 160 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V
4QQ.
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available free of charge from the registered office of the Company and is also
