Zoffany, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2008 and
Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are being
posted today to shareholders.

    Walker Greenbank's AGM will be held at 11am on 23 July 2008 at the offices of Buchanan
Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE.

    A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available free of charge from the
