The following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6:

Anite plc confirms that the Company's issued capital, as at the close of business on 31(st) December 2014, consisted of 300,912,888 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
