Officer and Company Secretary (PDMR), has maintained his beneficial
interest in 17,418 ordinary shares of the Company. As a result of
admission of the Placing shares, he has a beneficial interest in
the Company's ordinary shares that represents 0.01% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
The Company's website has been updated to reflect these
changes.
Regulatory information
As at the date of this announcement, the company's issued share
capital consists of 180,902,034 ordinary shares with voting rights.

denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if
