HOUSTON (AP) - Anadarko Petroleum Corp. said Monday natural gas production
from a project in the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico has been restored,
hitting a gross rate of about 900 million cubic feet per day.
Output from the Independence Hub was halted April 8 after a pipeline leak
was found.
About 450 million cubic feet per day of gas was shut-in before the leak was
fixed. But Anadarko continues to expect its full-year 2008 production guidance
to be within the previously announced range of 207 million to 212 million
barrels of oil equivalent.
