General Meeting Results

The General Meeting of Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, was held at 3 p.m. today at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, UK.

The resolution to adopt new Memorandum and Articles of Association was duly passed. The Company will instruct the Company's registered agent to file the amended Memorandum and Articles of Association with the Registrar of Corporate Affairs in the British Virgin Islands.
