LONDON-- Medical and technology company Amphion Innovations PLC (AMP.LN) Monday said its subsidiary DataTern Inc. has received a favorable decision on its appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a case relating to SAP and Microsoft.

MAIN FACTS:

-The appeal was a result of the ruling that was rendered in December 2012 by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in the declaratory judgment actions brought by SAP and Microsoft in April 2011.

-Shares closed Friday at 3 pence valuing the company at GBP4.6 million.
