LONDON--Amino Technologies PLC (AMO.LN), a digital entertainment technology company, Monday said it and systems partner Divitel are extending its agreement with Vodafone Group PLC's (VOD.LN) Dutch operations for the rollout of devices used in television services in the Netherlands, without disclosing financial details.

Shares closed Friday at 108 pence.
