Amfil Technologies Inc.'s GRO3 Subsidiary is in The Process Of
Finalizing the Proposed Roll-Out Plans For A 14,000 Sq. Ft. Area of
an Up and Coming Facility in Ontario, Canada
TORONTO, ON--(NewMediaWire - Sep 5, 2017) - Amfil Technologies
Inc. (OTC PINK: AMFE) is pleased to provide the shareholders
and the investment community with the following update relating to
the GRO3 subsidiary.
The ECOPrO3 GRO3 product line is continuing to network, market
and expand its brand exposure to the market. Brian Allossery and
Ambrose Fillis have been busy working on generated leads and
inquiries on the technology and have had expressed interest from a
number of industry related retailers as well as with companies that
are in the production side of the industry or have cannabis
producing business models.
The GRO3 subsidiary is currently working on the final stages of
a quotation request that was received from the same party that the
purchase order commitment was received from last month. A RotoGRO
representative has already provided this party with an estimated
number of units needed for a double stack roll-out of a 14,000 sq.
ft. facility. It is estimated that for the 14,000 sq. ft. roll out
and with approx. 9000 - 10,000 sq. ft. of total canopy would give
an estimated 216 to 240 RotoGRO systems depending on the final
layout that will be chosen. The GRO3 Systems operation is preparing
a proposal which would provide options where either multiple
GRO3-60 systems can be used but are also presenting options for
larger GRO3-120 systems which will require fewer units but would
support larger capacity requirements simultaneously depending on
how the operation sees fit for their needs. We expect to have the
proposal and terms decided on before the end of the company's FY Q1
or September 30th 2017. We estimate this order to be roughly 2.5x
as large as the first purchase order commitment received by this
group.
The related operation also has over 150,000 sq. ft. of
non-marijuana related nursery space contained in numerous buildings
on a single property. The present proposal covers an existing,
smaller greenhouse space situated directly behind the main
greenhouses and nurseries. It has been mentioned that they only
intend to have their license initially cover this 14,000 sq. ft.
rear nursery but it has also been mentioned that there is future
potential for either additional greenhouse space to be built in the
rear of the same property or perhaps a partial switch over and
sectioning off of crops being grown in one of the existing
nurseries or a full switch over of one of the existing nurseries if
it is permitted or allowed under the ACMPR program.
As per the Health Canada licensing changes that went into effect
earlier this year, "Licensed producers will be permitted to
increase cannabis production within their existing facility to the
maximum they are authorized to store, based on the capacity and
security level of their vault(s) or safe(s). This will allow
licensed producers to better manage production as necessary to meet
demand."
With the amount of square footage of existing greenhouse space
vs the 14,000 starting square footage being proposed, it has been
discussed that a very large vault will be built that would be able
to accommodate much more storage than just what the production of
the first separated greenhouse GRO3 is quoting on can produce. This
will allow the 14,000 sq. ft. to be just the first start to a
potentially much larger future operation, when successful results
are attained with the original 14,000 sq. ft. We anticipate with
the success of the systems, we will be called on in the future for
recurring business if and when they decide to expand their
production capacities.
As of May 25th, 2017 according to Health Canada,
- 1665 applications received
- 265 have been refused
- 428 applications are in progress
- 69 have been withdrawn
- 858 were incomplete and have been returned
With approx. only 25% of applications even getting to the 'in
progress' stage, it is important that applicants meet or exceed all
requirements throughout the application process., GRO3W can assist
with the quality assurance stage for up and coming cultivators,
which is a key component of the overall application process. Many
of the people who have contacted GRO3W have been development stage
cultivators entering or completing the licensing process and are
currently planning and building their facilities. This has become a
newly discovered area of opportunity for GRO3W and has initiated
multiple requests for information, consultations, and quotes.
Subdivision D of the ACMPR specifically discusses quality
assurance and the equipment and sanitation program. The GRO3W team
can assist applicants by ensuring that this key aspect of the
application process goes smoother. The GRO3W JV utilizes Six Sigma
practices, ensuring meaningful and conclusive results data.
Throughout the installation process, appropriate plant employees
are educated and trained to make the application and operation of
the system seamless. GRO3W is excited to continue working with
cultivators in various stages of the licensing process set up
standard operating procedures (SOP) through experience that will be
adhered to throughout the lifetime of the operation to ensure the
desired results and effectiveness our technology has to
offer.
Ambrose Fillis, on behalf of the JV stated, "We are very excited
to be at the leading edge of this technology providing state of the
art, patent pending GRO3W Ozone Systems to be integrated into
related industries that will enhance and improve the quality and
safety of the product.
"The GRO3W JV is now poised to strengthen its market base with
some very exciting market growth options which will be presented in
the near future. The GRO3W Ozone System operations in Kalamazoo,
Michigan is now fully equipped to meet the demands anticipated and
the showroom in Ontario, Canada should be up and running by the end
of this month."
We will have more detailed updates regarding this project once
we have finalized and both parties have agreed to the proposal
which we expect to happen shortly.

the largest to date. Snakes & Lagers Inc. is also the
procurement officer of all existing and future Snakes & Lattes
Inc. franchises and has the exclusive rights to sell franchise

2). The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System was jointly developed
between Amfil Tech and A.C.T.S. Inc. which recently rebranded its
technology under Advanced Ozone Integration as an extension of the
existing ozone technology being utilized in the food and beverage
industry and integrated by A.C.T.S. into companies such as Pepsi,
Nestle, Sysco, Sun Pacific and many others. The system is a
triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating
99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic
pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (like aphids, whiteflies and
spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and mold on
surfaces, all without chemicals. The unit can also constantly
regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and
maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the
formation of algae, bacteria or mold (allowing for comprehensive
water recycling), simultaneously removing the need to use
pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat
production problems, as is common throughout the industry today.
This environmentally-friendly solution also eliminates odors, while
slightly reducing the air temperature, lowering energy consumption
by the HEPA filtration and HVAC systems and could potentially allow
for a facilities process to be labeled certified organic in the
U.S.A. when the crop is no longer considered illegal on the federal
level, otherwise "Clean Green" or "Certified Kind" in the meantime.
The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System recently passed product
review by a registered USDA certifying agent for use in California
as well as Pennsylvania and surrounding states. More information on
this product line can be found on
the www.grozone.biz website or on twitter
@GRO3Systems.
3). Interloc-Kings Inc. is a hardscape construction company
servicing the Greater Toronto Area. This subsidiary is an
authorized Unilock installer, Unilock being, North America's
premier manufacturer of concrete interlocking paving stones and
segmental wall products. Interloc-Kings Inc. has an A+ Rating with
the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a 10/10 rating on
homestars.com. Specializing in stone and wood installations between
$5,000 and $150,000 per project, Interloc-Kings Inc. has quickly
become a top, high quality installation company of outdoor living
areas in the GTA. More information on this subsidiary can be found
