Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, announces that on 25 September 2017 Tracarta Limited, a company in which John Wardle (Chief Executive Officer of Amerisur) has an interest, acquired 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence at a price of 16.5 pence per share, for a total cost of GBP198,000.

Following this transaction, Tracarta Limited holds 21,172,505 ordinary shares, which represents a total of 1.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
