NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - American Dairy Inc. Tuesday named Jonathan
Chou chief financial officer, effective April 15.
Chou was previously the vice president of mergers and acquisitions, as well
as the corporate finance chief of the Asia Pacific division, for Honeywell
International. He succeeds Roger Liu, who is becoming vice chairman of the
board.
Shares of American Dairy closed Monday at $11 while shares of Honeywell, a
former Dow component, closed at $56.37.
