Company, doing business as Ameren Missouri, a subsidiary of Ameren
Corporation (NYSE: AEE), announced today the pricing of a public
offering of $250 million aggregate
principal amount of 3.65% senior secured notes due 2045 at 99.764%
of their principal amount. The transaction is expected to
close on April 6, 2015.
Ameren Missouri intends to use the net proceeds of the offering
to repay outstanding short-term debt, including short-term debt
that Ameren Missouri expects to incur in connection with the
repayment at maturity of $114 million
aggregate principal amount of its 4.75% senior secured notes due
April 1, 2015.
