Result of General Meeting
Altona (AIM: ANR) is pleased to announce that at the General
Meeting held earlier today to agree the Company's new share option
scheme and approve an amendment to the Company's articles of
association, all resolutions were duly passed. Consequently, the
Company has granted the options over 12 million ordinary shares to
directors of Altona, as detailed in the announcement on 17 March
2016. In addition, a further 1 million options, have been granted
to an employee of the Company on the same terms.
