("Alternative Networks" or the "Company")

Placing of existing Ordinary Shares

Alternative Networks is pleased to announce that, finnCap, as the Company's joint broker, has conducted a placing of 1,344,670 existing ordinary shares of 0.125p in the Company (the "Placing Shares" and the "Placing") with new and existing institutional investors.

The Placing Shares have been sold on behalf of certain directors of the Company. The Placing Shares were sold at a price of 480 pence per share and represent, in aggregate, 2.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of Alternative Networks.

Subsequent to the Placing, the Directors revised total beneficial interests in the Company are set out below.
