Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("IDS" or '"the Company")
Allotment of shares
Following an exercise of options by an employee, IDS announces that it has today
issued and allotted 40,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"). Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for
admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM Market of the London
Stock Exchange.
Following this allotment, the Company's issued share capital will consist of
26,480,813 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
