Exercise of Share Options

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, announces that following the exercise of employee share options on 2 March 2015, application has been made by Alliance for a further 14,300 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

It is expected that these new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, will be admitted to trading on 6 March 2015.

Following the exercise of the options, Alliance will have 264,162,665 Ordinary Shares in issue.
