Alliance Oncology Forms Comprehensive Cancer Care Partnership in Northern Alabama

Alliance Oncology, a division of Alliance HealthCare Services,
Inc. (NASDAQ:AIQ), a leading national provider of outsourced
healthcare services, announced today the completion of a long-term
network partnership agreement, representing six sites of service,
between market leaders in oncology; including, physician partners
and Huntsville Hospital Health System, one of the nation’s largest
public hospital systems serving north Alabama and southern
Tennessee. Trailing 12 months of revenue was $21M. This partnership
will allow for new and continued growth opportunities within the
market.
This agreement will leverage Alliance Oncology’s powerful value
proposition including, clinical leadership, nation-wide network of
physician partners, and sales and marketing expertise. Alliance
together with Huntsville Hospital Health System will continuing to
bring the highest standard of care to ensure best-in-class clinical
quality and patient experience to the northern Alabama market.
Huntsville Hospital Health System employs 13,000 staff members
and operates affiliate facilities across the region, including the
main hospital in Huntsville, as well as Huntsville Hospital for
Women & Children, Madison Hospital, Athens-Limestone Hospital,
Decatur Morgan Hospital, Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Red
Bay Hospital, Lawrence Medical Center in Moulton, The Heart Center
Inc. of Huntsville and a multi-specialty physician network. “We are
