Result of General Meeting and Cancellation of the Company's Shares to Trading on AIM

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation") was passed at the General Meeting held earlier today.

As a result, the last day of dealings of the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 15 June 2016 and the Cancellation will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 16 June 2016.
