Grahame Chilton, Non-Executive Director of Air Partner, has announced his intention to retire from the Board, effective Monday 16 March. Grahame joined the Air Partner Board in July 2013.

Grahame "Chily" Chilton has accepted an executive role as CEO of Arthur J. Gallagher International. This new role will take up significant amounts of Mr Chilton's time, limiting his ability to serve as a Non-Executive Director at Air Partner.

Mr Chilton will be succeeded as chair of the Air Partner Remuneration Committee by Peter Saunders.

Richard Everitt, Chairman of Air Partner, commented: "On behalf of the Board, and everyone at Air Partner, I would like to express my gratitude to Grahame for his contribution to the company, and we all wish him well in his new role."

Commenting on his departure, Grahame Chilton said: "As a result of the new executive role that I have accepted at Arthur J. Gallagher International, I have given serious consideration to the time I can allocate to my other business roles and consequently will regrettably be leaving Air Partner. I have greatly enjoyed my tenure on the Board and would like to wish the whole Group every success in the future."

Grahame Chilton is also a Non-Executive Chairman of Aon Holdings Limited.
