Agilent Technologies No Longer to Include Orders in Financial Reporting

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A) today announced it will no
longer report orders in its periodic filings with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission or its quarterly earnings press
releases, effective immediately.
This change reflects feedback from several of the company’s
largest shareholders, and was also driven by the fact that Agilent
was the only company among its peers to report orders. The other
financial metrics included in the company’s reporting provide
comprehensive detail about Agilent’s performance.
