LONDON, UNITED KINGOM--(Marketwired - Feb. 2, 2015) - African Copper Plc ("African Copper" or "the Company") 
(AIM:ACU)(BOTSWANA:AFRICAN COPPER) today announces that Steve Georgala, a non-executive director of the 
Company, is resigning from the Board to focus on other business interests with immediate effect. 
 
Commenting on today's announcement, Roy Corrans, Chairman, said: "I would like to thank Steve for his 
dedication and contribution to African Copper over the last 3 years. On behalf of the Board, I wish him all the
