proposed cancellation of admission to trading on AIM and the Botswana Stock Exchange (the "Cancellation 
Announcement"), the Company confirms that the circular including a notice of general meeting was yesterday sent to 
Shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.africancopper.com. 
 
The Company also draws your attention to a correction to the Cancellation Announcement that has been issued today.
