MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Afirma Grupo Inmobiliario SA. said it is
revising its 2007 full year net loss to a trimmer 204.7 million euros from a
previously reported 261.0 million, due to a positive impact from tax revision.
The troubled property group said it is in the process of negotiating debt
refinancing with its creditors.
