Aerosonic Shareholders Elect Six Directors at the Annual Meeting
CLEARWATER, Fla., Dec. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aerosonic Corporation , a
leading supplier of precision flight products for commercial, business and
military aircraft, announced today that the slate of six nominees as directors,
described in the Company's proxy statement, were elected by a substantial
majority of the votes cast at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders on
December 18, 2003. The six elected directors, constituting the entire Board,
include six of the seven directors serving prior to the annual meeting. The
elected directors are David A. Baldini, Charles M. Foster, Jr., Robert J. McGill, William C. Parker, P. Mark Perkins and David M. Vosen.
