July 2016 traffic figures
In July 2016, Paris Aéroport saw
9.6 million passengers, an increase of 1.4% compared to July
2015. 6.5 million passengers travelled through Paris-Charles
de Gaulle (-0.9%) and 3.1 million through Paris-Orly
(+6.7%). Ramadan this year took place from 6 June to 6 July whereas
in 2015 it lasted from 18 June to 17 July.
July 2016 traffic was impacted by
the Air France cabin crew strike lasting from 27 to 31 July 2016,
which resulted in a drop in traffic at Paris Aéroport of around
145,000 passenger over the period.

International traffic (excluding Europe) was up
(+1.4%), with a growth in the following destinations: Africa
(+7.0%), French Overseas Territories (+6.5%), Middle East (+4.6%),
Latin America (+2.5%). Two destinations were down: Asia-Pacific
(-9.4%), North America (-0.5%);

European traffic (excluding France) was up
(+2.2%);

Traffic within France was down (-0.8%);

The number of connecting passengers decreased by
3.4%. The connecting rate stood at 20.1%, down by 0.9 points
compared to July 2015.
Since the beginning of the year,
Paris Aéroport passenger traffic has grown by 1.5%, with a total of
55.8 million passengers. The number of connecting passengers
has risen by 1.8%. The connecting rate remains at 23.4%, up by 0.1
point.
Passenger traffic at TAV Airports,
38%-owned by Groupe ADP, decrease by 0.7%(1) in July
2016 and increase by 2.2%(1) since the
beginning of the year.
Passenger traffic at Santiago,
45%-owned by Groupe ADP, have risen by 7.0% in July 2016 and by
10.7% since the beginning of the year.

account traffic at this terminal for 2015. Taking into account
Milas Bodrum international terminal traffic on a like-for-like
basis for 2015, total TAV Airports passenger traffic would have
decreased by 3.9% in July, would have risen by 0.8% since the
beginning of the year and by 3.1% over the last 12 months.
