BURLINGAME, Calif., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AeroCentury Corp., (AMEX:ACY), an independent aircraft leasing company, reached agreement as of November 9, 2005 with its credit facility lenders to renew the maturity date of the facility to October 31, 2007. The agreement also revised certain pricing and covenant provisions.
