SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc.
late Wednesday reported first-quarter adjusted earnings of $8 million, or 19
cents a share, above the 18-cent mean estimate of analysts polled by Thomson
Reuters.
The company posted net earnings of $7.5 million, or 18 cents a share, versus
$6.59 million, or 16 cents a share, in the year-ago period.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $532 million from $213.8
million a year ago, versus the mean Wall Street estimate of $553 million.
U.S.-listed shares of the Greece-based marine fuel logistics company closed
the regular session up 62 cents at $39.
