AeA Midwest Council Expands Executive Board

OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill., May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Midwest Council of the AeA, the nation's largest high-tech trade association, announced today the addition of several prominent industry leaders to its board. AeA has also named existing board member T. Kendall Hunt, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, VASCO Data Security International, Inc. (NASDAQ:VDSI), Vice Chair of the Midwest Council.

Joining the Midwest board are: Marty R. Kittrell, Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Corporation (NASDAQ:ANDW); Thomas R. Reedy, President & Chief Executive Officer, iTRACS Corporation; Joseph A. Beatty, Chief Financial Officer, Telular Corporation (NASDAQ:WRLS); Darcy Davidsmeyer, Director, State and Local Government Relations, Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT); Gary R. Fairhead, President & Chief Executive Officer, SigmaTron International, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGMA); and William S. Johnson, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Cabot Microelectronics Corporation (NASDAQ:CCMP).

AeA's Midwest board has responsibility for the direction and strategy for the organization in the Midwest region, and its efforts to effectively represent the high-tech industry in the way of advocacy, programs, and related initiatives.
