   This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is 
required under DTR 3.1.2. 
 
   On 11 October 2012, the following individuals were awarded shares under 
the Group's Discretionary Free Share Scheme: 
 
   -           Geraint Jones (Chief Financial Officer); 
 
   -           Kevin Chidwick (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's US 
direct insurance business, Elephant Auto), a person discharging 
managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc; 
 
   -           Milena Mondini (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's 
Italian direct insurance   business, ConTe.it), a person discharging 
managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc; 
 
   -           Cristina Nestares (Head of Motor UK), a person discharging 
managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc; 
 
   100% of the award for Kevin Chidwick and 50% of the awards for Geraint 
Jones, Milena Mondini and Cristina Nestares were subject to Group 
Performance conditions from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014. The 
performance conditions applied resulted in 69.7% of the shares subject 
to performance conditions vesting. 
 
   -           Geraint Jones was awarded 16,000 shares, of which 13,573 
have vested. 6,380 shares were sold on 12 October 2015 at GBP15.42 and 
7,193 have been retained. Geraint Jones, and his wife Karen Jones, now 
hold a total of 50,260 ordinary shares in Admiral Group; 
 
   -           Kevin Chidwick was awarded 52,250 shares, of which 36,402 
have vested. 27,302 shares were sold on 12 October 2015 at GBP15.42 and 
9,100 have been retained. Kevin Chidwick and family now hold a total of 
110,277 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc; 
 
   -           Milena Mondini was awarded 12,000 shares, of which 10,180 
have vested. 4,785 were sold on 12 October 2015 at GBP15.42 and 5,395 
have been retained.  Milena Mondini, and her husband, Gabriele 
Fattorelli, hold a total of 19,315 ordinary shares in Admiral Group; 
 
   -              Cristina Nestares was awarded 25,000 shares, of which 
21,208 have vested. 9,968 were sold on 12 October 2015 at GBP15.42 and 
11,240 have been retained. Cristina Nestares now holds a total of 31,632 
ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
