ADMISSION OF ADDITIONAL SHARES TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AND COMMENCEMENT OF UNCONDITIONAL
DEALINGS
Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships Limited ("BBPP") is pleased to announce that
74,714,645 additional Ordinary Shares have been
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's main market for listed securities.
Unconditional dealings in the additional Ordinary Shares will commence from 8:00am today.The total number of BBPP Shares is now
374,714,645.
