Shareholder Meeting Notice
Arrowhead Research Corporation Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Sheraton Pasadena, 303 E. Cordova Street, Pasadena, California 91101 10:00 a.m.,
local time.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’
recommendations.
The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR all the nominees listed, FOR Proposals 2 and 3:
1. Election of Directors.
2. To approve the compensation paid to the Company’s named executive officers, as disclosed pursuant to Item 402 of Regulation S-K, including the compensation tables and narrative
discussion.
3. To ratify the selection of Rose, Snyder & Jacobs LLP as independent auditors of the Company
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.
