Additional Listing
Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the admission of a total of 4,567,807 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in ICAP plc to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these
securities to be admitted to trading.
The application has been made in respect of shares to be allotted under the ICAP
scrip dividend scheme in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 31
March 2009.
Following this additional listing, ICAP's total issued share capital will be
655,777,421 ordinary shares.
