Additional Listing
The Company announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 1,124,498 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official
List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Admission").
Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 1 July 2009.
The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the deferred consideration in
relation to the acquisition of Waterman Boreham Limited in April 2007 and will
rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The total issued share capital of the Company following this issue is 30,756,324
Ordinary Shares.
