("Debt Free Direct" or the "Company")
Application has been made to AIM for admission of a total of 499,506 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") to trading. 490,971 of these Shares
have been allotted pursuant to the terms of the acquisition of Clear Start UK
Ltd and 8,535 of the Shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of
employee options. Admission of these Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing shares in issue, is expected to occur on 19
December 2007.
