AGM AND SHARE CONSOLIDATION

The Directors of ADAM are pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The resolutions included the approval by shareholders of a consolidation of the Company's ordinary shares of no par value (the "Existing Shares") on the basis of two new ordinary shares of no par value (the "New Shares") for every five Existing Shares (the "Consolidation").

The record date for the Consolidation is 5.30 p.m. (British Summer Time) today. Fractional entitlements resulting from the Consolidation will be ignored.

Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 21 September 2017.

The ISIN of the New Shares is VGG008271246 and the SEDOL is BF0GL09.
